In this episode I discuss to my listeners why I am doing 75Hard again. I have gotten so much questions via DM on why I’m doing it again. Some messages were good questions and some were just flat out stupid. So here it is, this is WHY!!! Until I fix my mindset completely I will not be satisfied AND will continue to do 75 whenever the f@ck I want!
